For Mississippi residents, a sliding scale is offered, based on income. Research shows that across the board, the longer a sufferer remains in residential treatment, the better the outcome. Fairland Center has three stages of treatment. While based on individual progress, the average stay is 45 days. Out-of-state residents pay a low per diem rate of $83.00/day.

Since Fairland Center is not hospital-based, insurance, medicare and medicaid will not usually cover costs. However, since we are not hospital-based, our costs are low, meaning the per diem rate is less than most insurance co-pays at more expensive, hospital-based facilities. Some Employee Assistance Programs will cover the per diem cost. Costs may be paid using Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
